We pay all credit card or bank wire transfers.
We make property reservations and collect the appropriate reservation deposits within the appointed time frames.
We offer a complimentary basket, which includes items such as a bottle of wine, coffee, sugar, milk, juice, cereal, and so on, for the newly arrived guest.
We handle all commission payments to third-parties.
We provide tenants complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap/detergent, and washing machine detergent.
Renters are personally welcomed upon arrival and given a briefing on the property, its amenities, the rules and regulations, and so on. All renters are asked to sign the rental contracts and a damage deposit is charged to their account. The appropriate entry Authorization Forms are supplied to the security.
Renters are provided with daily maid/housekeeping services.
Upon checkout, we carry out a full inspection of the property and return damage deposits to the renter after deducting the charges for replaced items, if any.
All services are included for a 40% commission of rental proceeds.
